Hardware
A stainless sport exhaust reduces backpressure and improves turbo efficiency.

A DO88 intercooler with upgraded hoses significantly improves charge air control, lower intake temperatures, reduced heat soak, more stable air density for consistent torque, and lower knock sensitivity.
This allows the engine to operate more efficiently and maintain performance under load.

Calibration (Mackanized)
Engine and transmission are calibrated as a complete system.
Engine calibration includes, reworked torque model, boost control based on real airflow, optimised ignition timing, and fueling calibrated for sustained load, not just peak output.
Result, linear, predictable and repeatable power delivery.
Transmission calibration includes, adjusted torque limiters, load-based shift strategy, and refined clutch pressure and shift timing.
The gearbox now works with the engine, not against it.
Heuschmid
All work carried out by one of Europe’s most established Saab specialists, a well-known reference point for enthusiasts worldwide.
Result
Not radically modified, but correctly engineered.
Sharper response, consistent performance, and a drivetrain that behaves as one system.
